In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well until a rough dough starts to form.
Transfer the dough to a floured surface. Add the zaatar and knead briefly until the dough is smooth and the herbs are evenly distributed. Add a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Flatten each piece slightly, place a cube of Comté cheese in the center, and fold the edges over to seal it, rolling it into a smooth ball.
Place the stuffed dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the tops with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 to 22 minutes, until the rolls are puffed up and nicely golden brown.
