In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, quick-rise yeast, and salt.
Pour in the warm water and mix until a shaggy, wet, and sticky dough forms. Add a little extra water if the dough feels too dry.
Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise for 2 hours.
Stretch and fold the dough over itself a few times. Transfer the dough onto a piece of parchment paper and shape it into a ball.
Preheat your oven to 450°F and place a Dutch oven inside to heat up.
Carefully place the dough with the parchment paper into the preheated Dutch oven.
Cover the Dutch oven with its lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes to allow the crust to brown.
