Cook the ramen noodles according to the package directions, leaving out the seasoning packets. Drain and set aside.
Add the ground beef to a large skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with a little salt and black pepper. Drain any excess grease if needed.
Add 1 tbsp of minced garlic to the beef and let it cook for about 1 minute.
In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, the remaining 1 tbsp of minced garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Add broccoli florets right into the skillet with the beef. Add a splash of water, cover, and let it steam for a few minutes until cooked to your liking.
Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and broccoli.
Whisk together the cornstarch and 2 tbsp of cold water, then pour the slurry into the skillet. Stir and let everything simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss until everything is evenly coated in the sauce.
Top with sesame seeds and sliced green onions, and serve hot.
Cook it hands-free.
