Mix flour and 1/2 tsp salt in a bowl. Add milk and melted butter, then knead until smooth (8–10 minutes). Cover and rest for about 1 hour in the fridge.
Peel and boil the potatoes until soft. Mash until smooth.
Add garlic powder and 1 tsp salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix in mayonnaise until creamy.
Divide the dough to make 2 breads. Roll each dough piece into a flat round (about 22 cm). Add a layer of mozzarella, then place the potato mixture in the center. Add more mozzarella on top. Fold, seal tightly, and gently flatten.
Heat a pan with a little butter over low-medium heat. Cook the bread until both sides are golden and the cheese melts inside.
Drizzle honey on top before serving.
