Combine the olive oil and all the dry spices (smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper) in a bowl. Mix everything together until it's nice and smooth.
Cover the chicken breasts with plastic wrap and use a meat mallet to pound the pieces to an even thickness. Then cut each piece in half.
Add the chicken halves to the spice mixture, making sure every piece is evenly and well coated.
Heat your grill to medium-high and cook the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until nicely charred and fully cooked through.
