Mix warm water, yeast and sugar. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
Add the egg and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
Gradually add flour, salt, garlic powder, 1/2 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp basil, 1/2 tsp parsley, and onion powder. Knead into a soft dough and let rise for 1 hour.
Mix softened butter, minced garlic, 1 tsp parsley, 1/4 tsp basil, and 1/4 tsp oregano to make the filling.
Roll out the dough into a large rectangle, spread evenly with the garlic butter, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Cut the dough into thick strips using a pizza cutter, roll each strip tightly into a spiral, and place them snugly in a baking tray. Let rise for another 25–40 minutes.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown. Brush with the remaining garlic butter while hot and serve.
Cook it hands-free.
