Pipe small strips of Nutella onto a silicone mat and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours to harden.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the softened butter and sugar.
Add the eggs, flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk until incorporated.
Stir in the vanilla extract and warm milk, mixing until the batter is smooth.
Transfer a small ladle of the batter into a separate bowl and mix in the unsweetened cocoa powder.
Pipe the cocoa batter into the paws, nose, and ears of a bear-shaped silicone mold. Bake for 4 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from the oven and pour a layer of the vanilla batter over the cocoa parts. Bake for another 5 minutes at 180°C.
Remove from the oven and place a frozen strip of Nutella in the center of each bear.
Cover the Nutella with the remaining vanilla batter and bake for a final 15 minutes at 180°C.
Let the cakes cool slightly before carefully unmolding them.
Cook it hands-free.
