Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, arrange the salmon fillets, cherry tomatoes, and the block of cheese.
Season everything generously with garlic powder, onion powder, dried herbs, salt, and black pepper. Add the minced garlic to the tomatoes and drizzle olive oil over all the ingredients.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked through and flakes easily, and the tomatoes have burst.
Remove the dish from the oven. Using a spatula or spoon, mash the softened cheese and roasted tomatoes together, breaking up the salmon into flakes to form a chunky, creamy sauce.
Add the pre-cooked fusilli pasta and torn fresh basil to the baking dish. Toss everything together until the pasta is evenly coated in the sauce.
Cook it hands-free.
