In a bowl, mix the softened butter and brown sugar.
Add the egg and liquid vanilla extract, and mix well.
Add the flour and mix until a dough forms.
Fold in the dark and milk chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Form tiny balls of cookie dough and place them into the cavities of a silicone mold.
Bake for 13 minutes at 180°C.
Remove the baked cookies from the mold. Melt the milk chocolate and spoon a little into the bottom of each cavity of the mold (do not fill to the top).
Place the baked cookies on top of the melted chocolate in the mold and press down slightly.
Place the mold in the fridge until the chocolate hardens completely, then unmold and serve.
