Season the minced meat with salt. Form into patties on parchment paper and use the bottom of a glass to press an indentation into the center, creating a 'boat' shape.
Add ketchup and mustard to the bottom of each meat boat. Top with finely chopped pickled cucumbers, red onion, and sliced cherry tomatoes.
Smear mayonnaise over the vegetables and sprinkle generously with grated cheese.
Transfer the stuffed meat patties to an air fryer and cook at 200°C (390°F) for 10 minutes.
