In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed chicken breast, olive oil, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, chili powder, garlic and herb seasoning, parmesan cheese (reserve 2 tbsp for the sauce), and 2 tbsp of mayo. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
Thread the seasoned chicken pieces onto skewers.
Place the skewers in the air fryer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through until they are crispy and cooked through.
While the chicken cooks, melt the butter in a small pot over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and fresh thyme, and cook until fragrant.
In a separate small bowl, combine the chopped parsley, 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp of mayo, and the melted garlic butter. Mix well to create the sauce.
Remove the skewers from the air fryer and generously brush them with the prepared garlic parmesan sauce before serving.
Cook it hands-free.
