Combine the minced chicken breast with salt, black pepper, red hot pepper, and a pinch of curry powder. Mix thoroughly and transfer to a piping bag.
Pipe a strip of the chicken mixture onto a sheet of nori. Brush the edge with beaten egg to seal, roll it up tightly, and let sit for 5 minutes.
Whisk the remaining beaten egg with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Cut the nori rolls into bite-sized pieces and dip each piece into the egg mixture.
Place the coated pieces in an air fryer basket, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and cook at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Prepare the dipping sauce by mixing tomato paste or ketchup, minced garlic, a pinch of red hot pepper, soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Serve alongside the hot rolls.
Cook it hands-free.
