Season the minced meat with salt, 1 tbsp black pepper, red chili flakes, 1 tsp garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and form into small balls.
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Place the meat balls in the skillet and smash them down flat with a spatula or flat surface. Cook for 3 minutes.
Flip the patty, add shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and cover it with the mini taco tortilla. Press down and let it cook for 5-6 minutes or until the patty is fully cooked.
Flip the taco over so the tortilla is on the bottom. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of the patty. Cover the skillet and turn the stove to low heat so the cheese melts without burning the tortilla.
Make the burger sauce by combining mayonnaise, ketchup, 1 tsp black pepper, cajun seasoning, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and sliced jalapeños.
Once the cheese on the tacos is melted, remove from heat and top with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeños, and banana peppers. Drizzle the burger sauce over the top and serve.
Cook it hands-free.
