Pour olive oil into a pan. Cut the tops off the tomatoes and place them cut-side down in the pan. Add finely chopped onion to the center. Cook over medium heat until the tomatoes soften.
Make room in the center of the pan, add the ground beef, and sauté until browned.
Remove the skins from the softened tomatoes using tongs. Mash the tomatoes with a spatula or fork and let the mixture simmer.
Add the tomato paste, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and plenty of grated cheese. Stir everything together until the cheese melts into the sauce.
Finally, add the pre-boiled pasta to the pan. Mix well until the pasta is completely coated in the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
