Kelp Noodle Ramen

Dice the green onion and separate the bok choy leaves.

In a bowl, mix the kelp noodles with baking soda and lemon juice and let marinate for 10 minutes. Then rinse the noodles with running water and let sit for 15 minutes before completely draining.

On a pan on medium heat, coated with spray oil, cook your chicken until golden brown and cooked through.

In a pot of boiling water, boil your egg for six minutes and then immediately transfer to cold water and peel.

In a pot, mix together chicken bouillon powder, chicken bone broth, and soy sauce and heat to make your broth.

In a large bowl add your noodles and broth, and top everything off with your sliced grilled chicken, boiled egg, bok choy, green onions, and chili oil.
