Combine the white wine, sugar, miso, soy sauce, and white toasted sesame seeds to make the sauce. Once the cabbage is tender, pour the seasoning into the pan.
Stir-fry until the sauce has thickened and becomes glossy, fully coating the pork and cabbage.
