Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a baking dish, place the salmon fillets, the block of feta cheese, fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, and the head of garlic with the top sliced off.
Season the ingredients in the baking dish with paprika, garlic powder, olive oil, and pesto.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the tomatoes have blistered.
While the salmon and feta are baking, boil the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins into the dish. Mash the feta, salmon, tomatoes, and garlic together to create a creamy sauce.
Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss everything together until well combined.
Serve warm, topped with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
Cook it hands-free.
