Mix the bread flour, dry yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg, warm water, and honey, and knead the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the salt and neutral oil, and knead for another 7 to 8 minutes until the dough becomes soft and smooth.
Cover the dough and let it rise for 45 to 60 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each one out into a circle.
Place a cheese slice, burger sauce, cooked burger patty, caramelized onions, jalapeño jam, and pickles in the center of each dough circle. Wrap the dough around the filling and seal it well at the bottom.
Place the stuffed buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for 15 to 20 minutes.
Brush the tops of the buns with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 14 to 16 minutes, until the buns are golden brown.
