In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla, oil, cocoa powder, eggs, and egg yolk.
Add in the cornstarch and flour, and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a prepared square pan and bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat up the heavy cream. Remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate chips until smooth to create a ganache.
Once the brownies are out of the oven, pour the ganache evenly over the top. Let it set in the fridge for about an hour.
Once set, cut the brownies into even rectangles.
Mix powdered sugar and milk to make a thick icing. Dye a portion of it with black food coloring, leaving the rest white.
Use the white icing to create an eye on each brownie, then use the black icing to pipe the spell book markings and the pupil. Let the icing set and enjoy!
