Preheat oven to 310°F. Remove the membrane from the back of the baby back ribs.
Squeeze mustard and orange juice over the ribs, using a brush to spread it evenly as a binder.
Season both sides heavily with kosher salt and dry rub, patting it into the meat.
Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and bake at 310°F for 2 1/2 hours.
Remove the ribs from the oven, open the foil, and increase the oven temperature to 375°F. Spread BBQ sauce generously over the top of the ribs.
Bake the ribs uncovered for another 30-40 minutes until the sauce is bubbly and caramelized.
