Add the diced onion, jalapenos, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper to the skillet. Mix well and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Season the mixture with the BBQ dry rub.
Pour in the baked beans, then add the BBQ sauce, Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, and brown sugar. Stir thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
Place the skillet onto a smoker preheated to 350°F. Let the beans cook for about an hour until they are bubbling and hot throughout.
Remove the skillet from the smoker, let the beans cool slightly, and serve.
