Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water.
Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a little oil until translucent. Add the garlic and cook for just a few seconds.
Add a splash of lemon juice. Then stir in the honey and dark soy sauce over low heat.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1–2 minutes.
Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring constantly until the sauce is smooth and creamy. The flour will thicken it quickly.
Stir in the Parmesan and let the sauce simmer gently for about 10 minutes.
Season with paprika, tomato salt, salt, and black pepper, then let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
Taste the sauce. If you prefer a stronger honey flavor, stir in a little more honey to taste.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and let it sit for 1–2 minutes. If the sauce becomes too thick, simply stir in a little of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Cook it hands-free.
