Preheat the oven to 420F/220C. Place the salmon on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Arrange the sliced onion, carrot sticks, and lemon slices around the fish.

Put the olive oil, salt, paprika, Ras el Hanut, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, minced garlic cloves, and lemon juice in a small bowl and mix well.
