Cut the melon in half, scoop out the seeds, and set them aside. Do not rinse the seeds, as the remaining flesh adds sweetness to the milk.
Peel the melon and cut the flesh into chunks.
Run the melon chunks through a slow juicer to extract the fresh juice, then pour it into a serving bottle.
Place the unwashed melon seeds into the juicer chamber and pour in the spring water.
Close the juicer cap and let the machine run for a short while to thoroughly crush the seeds and blend them with the water.
