In a large pot, brown the hamburger meat. Once cooked, drain the excess fat.
Add the tomato paste and hot chili seasoning to the meat and stir to combine.
Stir in the diced jalapenos and diced onion.
Pour in all of the beans: the white chili beans, mixed chili beans, and chili pinto beans.
Add the strained tomatoes and beef broth. Mix everything together well.
Cover with a lid and let the chili simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally so the beans don't stick to the bottom.
Serve in bowls and top with shredded cheese, sour cream, and Fritos chips.
