Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x11 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, add the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk until smooth and shiny.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract. Whisk until well combined.
Add all the dry ingredients; flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Using a spatula or wooden spoon, gently fold the ingredients into the wet mixture until no streaks of flour remain. Do not over mix!
In a small bowl, add the sugar and cinnamon for the swirl and give it a good mix.
Gently pour the blondie batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula or a regular spatula.
Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the blondie batter and gently swirl it into the surface using a knife, toothpick, or chopstick.
Bake for 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
Allow the blondies to completely cool in the pan before slicing. Enjoy!
Cook it hands-free.
